 Responsible for structuring and negotiating structured finance for Airport, with financing from BNDES (Brazilian Development Bank), private banks and private bonds (Project Finance), performed deals closed totaling CAN $800mm issuance; Lead team of five Analysts to present monthly KPI's and variance analysis over last month for the Board; Responsible for periodically reports, including Monthly and Quarterly Financial Statements; Implementation of the budget process, CAN $400mm per year, and cost x budget analysis; Responsible for reduction costs program resulting in 17% cost saving; Responsible for financial evaluation of new business in collaboration with different departments; Create relationship with Banks for negotiation funding capital, totaling CAN $10mm and resulting in 10% funding cost saving; Management of supplier contracts.

 Responsible for issuance of private bonds of the company, performed deals closed totaling $200mm issuance; Preparation of financial statements and cash flow; Responsible for periodically reports, including Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements; Responsible for internal and external audit support; Investor relations adviser; Responsible for preparing a CAN $10mm year budget; Conducted implementation of internal controls processes; Hiring and managing suppliers; Support of the Board of Directors and Fiscal Council and prepared monthly report.

 Responsible for modeling of public-private partnership projects; Technical studies of economic feasibility of projects (Project Finance); Support of the Board of Directors and Fiscal Council and prepared monthly report.
