-Coordinate site safety activities with customer and Site Safety Coordinator for a Electrical Contractor-Identify areas/personnel that require safety training/improvement-Maintain accurate accident/incident and injury reports and all other reports mandated by applicable Federal, state and Customer requirements-Prepare and conduct weekly toolbox safety meeting, compile and maintain a list of the people in attendance and the topics covered-Issue employee sanctions for violations for the established safety procedures and document and maintain a file of all such instances-Conduct a thorough investigation of any incident which results in a personal injury, damage to equipment or property and near misses that had the potential for serious injury-Implement New Employee Jobsite Orientation program-Conduct daily inspections of project site to ensure that work is being done in a safe manner and document each inspection-Develop and implement First-Aid procedures to be used on the project in conjunction with the First-Aid program of the project including the arrangement in advance for obtaining medical assistance and transportation for the injured person and make sure First-Aid kits are stocked and accessible-Ensure no energized work on project be conducted without first filling out proper documents
