After having worked with other law firms in Gorizia, Udine and Trieste, and after having also practiced as an Honorary Magistrate from 1986 to 1995, Avv. Orzan has been continuously and independently for over twenty-five years being practicing the profession of lawyer in civil and family law / succession, tax law, and with a good preparation and experience, among other things, as regards specific activity of credit recovery monitoring - injunctions, banking litigation, and executive activity - securities and real estate (both passive and active) , as well as in law and corporate law, with work already performed and lent in favor of - in addition to private individuals - Public Bodies, Consortia and Public Companies, Credit Institutions and primary commercial and industrial companies in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.Avv. Orzan has also carried out activities in the social security / labor / tax field at the competent sections of the Courts, or in the area relating to Tax Collection and at the competent Provincial and Regional Tax Commissions, with certain patronages at the Supreme Court of Cassation.In the past Avv. Orzan also had experience in the administrative field to protect Public Entities, also supporting the Regional Court of Auditors (FVG).Enrolled in the Register of Lawyers at the Professional Order of Gorizia since 1992 (registration n.92), and in the Special Register of Supreme Court Auditors and Advocates in Superior Courts since 2005.
