• Production, information and control system analyst - ITSF-FIS (IT Shopfloor).• Administration and configuration of production network and office network equipment (LAN, WLAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Kerberos).• Incident Manager, Request Manager, guaranteeing compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA), monitoring through KPI's and takeover or transfer of Tickets to corresponding department.• Support and monitoring of Atlas Copco, HMI-ACE, NODE (Synatec), Fazit production line equipment.• Configuration, control and monitoring in DCCP, DCP and Profinet Network.• Remote support through NetSupport and TeamViewer.• Administration and monitoring in Toolsnet, McAfee/Trellix Agent, WSUS, Nagios, Zabbix and Active Directory.• Registration, lock and unlocking of users in SAP LOGON 730.• Administration and configuration of HandHeld devices, Windows NT Mobile and Android (Symbol, Zebra, Casio) equipment on the production line.• Administration and support to users with the internal platforms of Volkswagen - (Manufacturing, logistics and planning).• Software inventory management.
