Professor of Marketing and Innovation at INALDE Business School, President of Corfomento, a non-profit organization dedicated to human and social development in Colombia and Ecuador, and a Consultant. My professional experience and research focus on customer-centricity, corporate sustainability, corporate purpose, disruptive innovation, social volunteering, endowment funds, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. Additionally, I serve on the boards of prominent organizations in the social, educational, and legal sectors. I also support the sustainability of a group of schools and universities. As a visiting professor at Cornell University, I continue to research the application of customer-centricity and corporate sustainability principles. My primary focus is on personal development and contributing to the common good through education, consulting, and inspirational leadership.I hold a law degree, an Executive MBA, and a Doctorate in Organization Management.
