This role is the front line of the company. I engage with business professionals that need work accommodations in hotels Canada and The United States. In this role I am constantly receiving and making phone calls with hotel representatives, clients, and my other team members with Lodgelink, to create solutions for the clients accommodations, conflicts, and general questions.

Within this role I have many responsibilities, the main areas of focus are, capturing special memories for families and individuals, contacting over 10,000 previous customers resulting in over 40 bookings every week, cold calling and outreaching prospects outside of the store to bring in new customers, utilizing the art of up-selling to provide more value and increase sales, training and giving feedback to multiple associates and managers in Alberta and British Columbia.As part of senior management, I work closely with the different regional managers and distract managers. Having a close team, we are share what are successes are and learn from each other to grow week after week. Another aspect that drives my business is the competitive nature within the company that I use to leverage. Charisma, communication and empathy is essential in this role, which I have learned to become highly efficient in.

I am a photographer / sales associate at Photos Unlimited. Here I take photos of multiple families and individuals, capturing their special moments, but also providing value to them in order to sell them the higher packages. I work on a highly competitive but team oriented studio. We learn from each other and help one another in order to exceed our quotas. Although I am just new to the company, I have already achieved many goals that I have set for myself when first starting. Working in multiple studios around the city, I have displayed above average personal sales, having produced the third highest amount of revenue in all of Canada, which is nearly 300% more than the average amount produced.
