- I was specialized in the communication of the project of new metro lines (Grand Paris Express, the largest transport project in Europe) inside the Seine-Saint-Denis department.- My main mission was to guide the Société du Grand Paris in its communications strategy during the construction of the new metro lines. - With a 4 advisors’ team, I informed citizens about the benefits of this project for the transport, social and economic needs of the cities. - I implemented complex communications plans: strategic press actions, print and digital media, in situ communication, public relations, mediation, crisis management, organization of public and cultural events. - I supervised the correct evolution of the plan, regulated its budget, produced or edited the contents, delivered reports to the Société du Grand Paris.- I managed relations with government officials or local authorities as Mayors or City Councils.
