Technology Coordinator
CurrentReporting to the VP of Technology and playing a critical role in our organization, acting as a vital link between Netflix business partners, Engineering, Tech support, FP&A, and Accounting, showing in-depth comprehension of our workflows, their technical foundations, and the significant value they deliver to our day to day.With a background that demonstrates strong technical, logistical, and operational skills, especially in Jira and Google Workspace among others, paired with exceptional problem-solving abilities. I have successfully developed and executed a strategic sourcing framework, negotiated, and overseen contracts across various spending categories. My focus lies in technical troubleshooting, devising solutions, creating technical documentation, and improving processes.Responsibilities (but not limited to):- Cross-functional collaboration with Netflix stakeholders, sourcing, engineering, technical support, FP&A and accounting- Liaise with Technology management offering an external perspective on ongoing challenges and contribute insights for achieving success.- Guide and support team members to grow and develop in their careers as well as help increase their scope and impact throughout their tenure at Scanline.- Create, manage and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and becoming a trusted partner.- Monitor supplier reliability and performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.- Manage procurement worldwide for all Scanline locations- Identify vendor consolidation/centralization opportunities.- Assists business partners with ad-hoc, special projects and procurement opportunities.- Establish frameworks for full lifecycle management of all technology assets under management from acquisition through disposal and retirement.
