# Designed and rolled-out a centralized access control system hosted in Houston (USA) to serve six plants in five cities in Latin America (Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Santiago de Chile, Trinidad and Tobago). It made possible to unify the control access for 7000 users. # Centralized all the accounting systems operation (ERP - JDEdwards) into a single system of 12 Latin American countries (Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico). This system was located in the Main Data-Center in the Netherlands. This shift impacted on 5000 users across 15 different operating units on the countries mentioned. Main benefits deliver by this project were: +Usage of a single and scalable platform following global guidelines;+ Cost reduction on infrastructure operation and maintenance. + System improvement on delivery and response time on critical business processes due to hardware upgrade and telecommunications optimization. # Leaded for Latin America an implementation of a centralized system and the interfaces required to consolidate all the relevant accounting results and balance sheets for every stock exchange where the Royal Dutch Shell plc stock is listed.This project was key to manage highly sensitive data, requiring precision to consolidate information from each operational unit (more than one per country), provided by the accounting systems of the 18 countries of the region in which Shell operates or has operated and still has any legal relationship. # Reduced the planning production time from 7 to 4 days applying global standards and policies tailored to local needs (Brazil). It reduced and optimized storage costs and delivery of raw materials.# Implemented best-practices in planning for using and purchasing of raw materials and lubricant base oils, according to global standards and contributing to savings on purchases more than $ 15 million per year.

# Designed and implemented a radio-trunking network serving the whole Buenos Aires Refinery. This project developed a network following international safety standards due to all risks inherent to oil refining business. The main benefit was to allow individual and / or group communications among all operators using a safe network with international standards at local cost. # Implemented and optimized a secure communications network among all gas-stations nationwide. This initiative put focus on technical guidelines following global patterns in order to consolidate on a centralize management platform locally.# Developed procedures for managing a telecommunications information service. It consisted in a set of dashboards which monitored daily and monthly status of services offered, SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliancy for services in Argentina and Chile following ITIL recommendations.

# Integrated and consolidated on the main network, all the voice and data services from two companies acquired by Unilever. # Participated in a data network migration for Argentina, Uruguay and Chile, which used hardware from multiple vendors and it was consolidated into a single platform follow global standards using CISCO devices.

# Integrated data networks in Asian countries (Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong) with headquarters in Argentina in order to make a more efficient exchange of e-mails and files and optimize communications costs. # Built and developed the first local data networks on all the plants and offices in Argentina (5), Uruguay (2), Paraguay (2) and southern Brazil (3).
