Monitor internal & external PPM’s in daily, weekly, & monthly basis• Full support on production line to analyze and identify root causes to avoid nonconforming material reach customer. • Responsible of customer 8D’s.• Lead the corrective action meetings in order to get permanent corrective actions and do a follow up on its implementation prior to the customer due date.• Direct participation on New Product Introduction (NPI’s)• Full manage on Supplier’s PPAP• Participate on daily APQP meetings with Purchasing for raw materials follow up.• Follow up on supplier´s tracker to get documentation on time• Review, Reject and/or accept supplier´s PPAP after PV´s is completed.• Provide a supplier’s feedback on PPAP status. • Full manage on Customer PPAP based on Phased PPAP manual (FORD).• Participate on APQP meeting with program manager, engineering & corporate sales in Daily and weekly basis for finished goods follow up. • Upload APQP derivable evidence on our internal tool WINCHILL.• Coordinate PFD, PFMEA & CP meeting in order to develop new product documentation on Prototype, Pre-Launch & Production stages.• Ensure product and process is in compliance with customer requirements and USCAR-21.• Monitor and Follow up on PPAP tracker.

Full Manage of PPAP’s in order to get the mass production approval by Customers and/or for the annual validation (For Automotive Industry). • Successful participation in process transferences and products transferences from Kane PA, US to CD Juarez Mexico, using SIPOC, EXIT PPAP’s, products and process validations prior to the location change. • Participate in APQP meeting for new Launches and current process. • Manage and coordinate MDSYSTEM portal in order to create and submit IMDS to our customers. • Saving cost projects applying DMAIC and Green belt knowledge. • Request IMDS to our suppliers. • Create quality reports and full manage of PCP, PFMEA, and PFD for new product’s launches. • Team work oriented. • Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings with Engineering, Maintenance in order to discuss quality improvements at current processes. • Solving problems techniques (5Why’s, Fishbone Diagram, Checklist, etc). • Full Manage of 8D’s report, CAR’s and log for both until full closure. • Do follow up to preventive actions after isolate quality problem. • Issue conference calls with the customer representative In order to follow up effectiveness of the permanent corrective actions implemented. • Coordinate awareness meeting with multidisciplinary team in order to let them know the different failure modes or quality findings at production floor. • Perform internal audits under the automotive norm ISO /TS 16949. Participate & perform monthly Layer Audits. • Establish and Control the PPM’s limits at the molding machine’s area. Perform R&R studies, SPC & Full manage of RMA's.• Capability analysis (CPK’s). • Full manage of SCAR's and PPAP validations.
