Responsible for managing and coordinating the various tasks and processes related to accounts payable for a 12 people team, creating a productive and supportive team environment, developing team members' skills, and ensuring the accounts payable process functions smoothly while being part of the team of specialists focused on the migration of acquired companies to the culture and systems with effective leadership, seamless process integration, policy alignment, and clear communication.

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable process, from receiving invoices to making payments, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient operations by supervising the various tasks and processes related to accounts payable for a 16 people team, creating a team environment where the multicultural team can develop their skills and the KPIs are met, and ensuring the accounts payable process functions smoothly while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies, always promoting the continuous improvement as the core mindset.

Responsible of not just the standard accounts payable tasks related to the end-to-end process and being a referent of the team but also contributing to the company's strategic goals of enhancing processes, optimizing efficiency, and managing projects. Also, to deliver process improvements, operational efficiencies, and accuracy in payment processing.

As an analyst, the tasks were related to the invoice booking and payments processing to vendors. Also as part of the team I was focused on account reconciliation activities and several projects related to the process improvement in order to seek for efficiency.

I was responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base through effective cold-calling and relationship building. This was made by demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and effectively communicating how they could address clients' pain points and add value to their businesses.

My role involved handling a high volume of inquiries through various communication channels, including email, and live chat, and successfully resolved complex issues while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
