Property Maintenance- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, conduct regular property inspections, and comply with safety standards.Financial Management- Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. Collect and track rent payments, and review and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.Vendor Management- Oversee relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers. Obtain and evaluate contractor bids for property improvement projects.
