As a bilingual senior researcher and project manager at InSight Crime, I lead and coordinate complex and multidisciplinary projects on security and organized crime issues in Latin America. I have successfully managed programs funded by international donors, such as the US Embassy in Colombia, the Dutch Ministry of Justice, and USAID.I have a dual master's degree in International Studies and Socioeconomic Problem Analysis from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and Universidad Externado de Colombia, where I focused on security studies, peacebuilding, and international cooperation. I also have over six years of professional experience conducting research and fieldwork in Colombia and eight other Latin American countries.My core competencies include delivering high-quality reports, drafting policy recommendations, and project management. I am passionate about generating and disseminating knowledge that contributes to improving security and development in the region.
