Production & Technical Sourcing Leader in Startup Electric Motorbike Factory. I led the setup and operations of an electric motorbike production line. After setting up the line, I was requested to increase my responsibilities and lead the supplier development team, in order to source OEM products. This included negotiation with Asian suppliers and supply chain planning.

Development of electromechanical and electronic devices from briefing to mass production. The sites of manufacturing were in Spain, Hungary and China, coordinating every project phase. In many cases we worked with OEMs. A key to succeed in this environment was leading and motivating a global, cross-functional team, both inside and outside GE. Working within a Center of Excellence, I benefited from interacting with Design and Sourcing Managers to spec, plan, build, test and ramp innovative products within schedule and budget. I received an award for early launching.

I was focused on process and operations improvement, testing products across Europe. All documentation, including BOMs, had to be checked once improvements were implemented. This was key to make sure that all parameters reached GE’s high standards.
