I’ve been always curious about human behavior, the mind is a delightful place that has sparked a strong drive in me since childhood; so deeply rooted that I have transferred it to other great passions of mine. E-Business, product development and strategic leadership.There are two things that intrigue me extraordinarily about thriving businesses, first, the concept of consumer logic and how rational but irrational it can be, and second, the challenge of continuously optimizing persuasive communication that convinces consumers; optimizing something that is both rational and irrational.I also apply this thinking in leadership, connecting with my teams, with the fun irrationality of their logic, bringing ideas together, influencing results, and scaling future growth.I lead teams, introduce new products to the market, analyze data, help generate revenue through technology, and solve complex problems using all available resources. I am the colleague at work that everyone wants to know, but no one wants to be, if there is something that needs to be done, I am the one to turn to.
