As such we must maintain a professional demeanor and quality customer service to everyone inside and outside the stadium. -Training new hires on day-to-day procedures, taking inventory and distributing uniforms, update staff directory/contact list as well as manage lost and found. -Maintain relationships between departments, coordinating events that including fencing and stage management, as well as posting guards and making sure they are updated with production notes. -Surveillance of inside and outside the stadium through 200+ cameras, data entry, record keeping, incident report writing, and foot traffic control. -As an event manager center operator, tight communication with police, medical and fire. When an incident occurs, it must be properly documented, reported, and appropriately updated to ensure the safety of all inside.
