- In charge of reviewing all the communications before it went online or in institutes- Developing new ways of interact with consumers. - Brainstorm of how to candidates join to the company

- Locate national and international candidates on the position I have at the moment- Recruiting roles in LATAM and USA- Ask candidates all the documents need it for the position- Communicate with candidates if any inconvenience to the job position- Oil and gas experience- Using Bullhorn database- Submit resume´s on our database- Using all types of job board (Careerbuilder, RigZone, Oilandgasjobsearch, etc) - Schedule interviews in Venezuela and outside of it

- CV formatting on MS Word.- Document Translation (resumes and technical documents).- Sourcing of specialized profiles (IT, O&G).- Reference checking.- Elaboration of reports in MS Excel.- Experience using the Bullhorn AT System (document uploading, creation of new registers, administration and creation of hotlists, massive mailing, reports generation, merge of duplicate registers, supervision and correction of placement information.)- Oil and gas experience
