Responsible for the Company Wide Management System ( focused on Fintech Concept - OKRs, Agile, Squads - Digital transformation ), People, Risks and Compliance, Ombudsman, and ESG.

Board Member representing the Private Equity Innova Capital, focused on Growth, Sales and Distribution, as well as management systems ( Targets, variable pay, management processes). After 3 months on the role, the founders invited to be COO and became shareholder.

Shareholder and executive Board member. Serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO, developing and implementing strategic plan. Reviewing outcomes and metrics, also regularly measuring its performance and effectiveness; reviewing agenda and supporting materials prior to board meetings. Contributing to an annual performance evaluation of the CEO Partnering with the CEO and other board members to ensure that board resolutions were carried out

Led the integration of Anheuser Busch (Budweiser) in China, overseeing 45 breweries and 45,000 employees. Implemented company culture, HR tools, target setting, variable pay, and management systems standardization across China. Also managed the divestiture of the Korean Operation as part of the AB acquisition plan, resulting in a sale for USD 2 billion.Oversaw the planning and implementation of major systems (SAP, HR, Finance, etc.), and spearheaded the initiation of Shared Services for APAC operations, encompassing 9 companies in China and Korea.

Headed the SAP upgrade across the entire AmBev organization, spanning 7 countries, 105 sites, and 4,500 users. Successfully implemented SAP Invoicing, logistics modules, and freight control, navigating the complexities of Brazilian taxes. Additionally, oversaw a significant rollout of new Citrix Technology to 5,000 computer users. This project was hailed as the largest for AmBev in the past decade, with a dedicated team of 150 full-time project members under my leadership.

Responsible for the implementation of the AmBev management system in three Soft Drink plants, totaling 3.5 million Hectoliters of production capacity, which were recently acquired from a Pepsi Bottler. Led the supply management system, emphasizing quality, efficiency, safety, and logistics. Following one year of implementation, the Sullana plant was recognized with the award for the best AmBev international plant, outperforming eight other international plants.

Brewery and Soft Drink plant manager. Learned to put into practice leadership and managment systems. In 2004, was the first plant to achieve entity targets and improved 2 levels on Ambev excellence program raking, jumping to 6th place.

Responsible for Target Setting Management ( including Bonus policy) Rewards, Expats management, Benefits, all people related costs for all operations in Latin America and Global Headquarters administration in Sao Paulo.

Responsible for operations, logistics & Admin at Direct Distribution Center in Fortaleza and later in Salvador as well also led the relocation from Camacari to downtown which was done in a record breaking of 3 months)

In charge of finance , Adm, procurement. In Recife, was part of the AmBev's pilot Direct Distribution Center that later became a operating model for direct distribution.

1st team of ambev management trainee program after Garantia took control of Brahma.Job rotation for 1 year.
