• Professional with over 30 years of experience, developed in engineering and project management in a multinational company in the food and beverage sector and Brazilian companies, such as PepsiCo.• Experience defining long-term strategic capital investment plans with senior executives in the operations area.• Competence in managing and controlling annual investment plan implementations applied to industrial deployments, capacity expansions, productivity, quality, operational needs, HSE, and innovations.• Expertise in developing and approving capital appropriation expenditure requests (CAPEX) through the elaboration of business cases and the determination of scopes, investments, and physical financial schedules.• Ability to lead and develop internal and external multidisciplinary teams, from project conceptualization to implementation, commissioning, and startup.• Experience managing external suppliers in the civil, electromechanics, automation, and controls areas, developing and defining strategic suppliers of equipment to provide sustainable growth of investments.• Strategic vision and analytical capacity to diagnose scenarios of opportunities and risks, with a profile focused on planning, development of cross-functional partnerships, commitment, and results.• International experience working on projects in several Latin American countries.• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
