I have a Master's Degree in Marketing Management and Commercial Management from EOI (Spain) and from the Postgraduate School of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC); and a degree in Social Communication, specialized in Journalism, from UPC. I have a vast work experience developed as communicator in digital media, and as a professor of the postgraduate school (Master's Degree) at Escuela de Postgrado UPC, Escuela de Posgrado Universidad Jaime Bausate y Meza (UB), Posgrado Universidad Científica del Sur (UCSUR) and in Digital Marketing at Universidad Mayor de Chile.

The amount obtained in Monetizable Page Views in 2022 with the team represented income of $2.5 MM (million dollars) in Programmatic for Grupo El Comercio (GEC).Regarding video views among the three GEC players (JWP, YouTube and Facebook), in 2022 the views produced in the area represented $1 MM (million dollars). This represented a 132% growth compared to 2021 (in total GEC Video programmatic revenue). Likewise, the GEC YouTube channels have been growing more than 200% in views and revenue (year by year) since 2020.I led from the conception of the Editorial Nucleus area, until its execution. We improve the quality, performance and user experience of the GEC digital platforms.Since 2019, the highest quality newspaper brands (informational content, design, video and photography) have been provided to maximize their validity and the monetization of circulation and print advertising... while being efficient in terms of operating costs and payroll.With the optimization of audience segmentation, the opening of new markets (international audience) was achieved, which helped to partially offset the drop in print revenue. New verticals were created, such as MAG of El Comercio, whose average Monetizable Page Views in 2022 represented 45% of the programmatic income of the GEC and 50% of the programmatic income of Elcomercio.pe, our emblematic site in the corporation.I have participated in more than 15 redesigns of GEC sites and applications; 4 CMS changes and traffic stabilization, as well as we have successfully overcome more than 10 algorithm changes (between Google and Meta/ FB). -
