Before returning to school to finish my undergraduate work, I ran a martial arts and character development school with my brother for 12 years. Starting from nothing, I became familiar with every aspect of business from raising initial capital, locating facilities, marketing, staffing, accounting, payroll and customer service. I am very much a people person and designing customer experiences was always a strength that I enjoyed using during my time there. Along with customer experiences, which were designed as recruitment and retention processes, I was also able to develop and refine public speaking and group facilitation skills. I'm hoping to be able to bring my skillsets and passion for fostering great customer relationships to your company.
