Responsible for equipment moves, deliveries and pick-ups as directed.Create material requisitions for equipment, parts, and tools to support engineering and manufacturing personnel.Responsible to accommodate equipment that require internal calibration within the lab.Assist in ensuring timely calibration and repair of the test equipment inventory.Receive and tag equipment appropriately to ensure traceability as property of Qualcomm.Inform of any discrepancies to the person in charge of the work order for that equipment.

● Investigate discrepancies in inventory locations using Oracle transaction history report.● Create the Bin Slotting Analysis report every month to slot all finished products into PIK area based on demand.● Responsible for solving CAPA’s for the DC using lean manufacturing tools such as Ishikawa.● Continuously improve PIK locations to avoid having mispick product for the customers.● 5’s + Safety program leader responsible to document all non-conformances per area.● Coordinate inventory transaction both physically and systematically for non-conformant product.● Train associates on how to use tablets + scanners when needed.● Run the replenishment TAP program to replenish PIK area so that orders can be released in a timely matter.● Fix orders on the floor with errors (inventory discrepancy, wrong quantity ordered, wrong lot number, etc).● Update metrics for TAP replenishment (capacity per aisle and mispick carts based on the information that is collected on a daily basis.)● Using Oracle, monitor all orders to ensure they are confirmed and shipped the right way to avoid billing issues.

● Responsible for purchasing all the daily food items required for the daily needs and for banquets or special events.● Perform Accounts Payable duties.● Process Invoices through the system/review received products and assign the invoices to the different account numbers in order to have them on the appropriate cost center.● Maintain best practice inventory management to encourage lowest inventory possible to avoid throwing away product to scrap.● Ship/receive packages from guests through UPS or Fedex when there is a requested.● Perform physical inventory at the beginning of every month in order to have the accurate inventory value for finance.● Responsible for maintaining a database to see how much money is being spent on food purchases to avoid going over the budget.● Responsible for hitting the food cost target (<30%) .● Ensure all the walk in freezers are in order and all the food arranged correctly and in the proper containers and maintain cleanliness.

● Purchase the raw material and program production according to the sales and operations planning from corporate.● Accomplish with a minimum of 95% on-time delivery based on the SOP requirements.● Weekly production plans for 7 lines and including all sub-assemblies.● Assign priorities for production based on current demand and customer needs.● Update and reserve appropriately the excess by consuming any material that is an excess for other purposes to avoid scrapping the material.● Follow up for closure and production order releases to accomplish financial goals.● Team member in cost reduction projects.● Team member in scrap reduction projects.● Participant on engineering change orders effectively.● Follow up on non-conformance material from suppliers to obtain credit notes.● Maintain existing purchase orders for audits.● Review purchase orders that are past due or early orders.● Expedite or push out orders for raw materials depending on build plan.● Analyze max capacity for production for future demand, in order to increase or decrease the headcount to meet the budget plan.● Maintain safe inventory levels at the distribution center (>10 DOH).● Daily follow up at the production plan review in together with the manufacturing cell.● Leader of weekly follow up production meetings with both shifts.● Coordinate production runs for new products, assign production line and time availability for new products.● Monitor product shipments to the sterilizer and then to the distribution center by coordinating all areas to accomplish the deliveries.● Maintain the target inventory levels at the distribution center to avoid any stock out situation.● Resolve accounts payable and warehouse invoices discrepancies, related to quantity received, quality issues and also incorrect pricing to make on time payments and avoid credit hold with vendors.
