Reporting to the EMEA Head, I lead for South Zone Countries on risk and compliance topics applied to third parties/outsourcers management:- assisting and advising on processes and related risk and controls methodologies;- assessing and monitoring third parties relationships’ risks (inherent/residual) and controls;- supporting and advising the business and top management in relation to on-boarding, monitoring and oversight of outsourcers/third parties management lifecycle, from engagement through to termination;

Head of Italy Claims Operations Unit, leading on transformation & special projects, outsourcing management, IT and operations, in the claims department. Management of the "Claims Service Desk", a back office team performing administrative activities such as first notification of loss and claims payments processing.Head of Italy Express Claims Adjusters Unit, managing a team of high frequency/low complexity multi line claims adjusters, by leveraging the organizational, operational and analysis/reporting skills developed in the previous long term experience as Business Solutions Manager.

- Project management on all claims technological, organizational, operational, insourcing/outsourcing change initiatives- Delivery of high quality standards on claims processes/IT systems/operations "business as usual".- Management of operational risk and compliance on claims adjusting processes.- Audit visit delivery to claims outsourced service providers; referent on Group’s internal audits to claims department.In 2011-12, in addition to the above tasks, I also covered the role of AIG Italy Operational Risk Champion, responsible on mapping and assessing enterprise risks, building a start up risk management framework, implementing action plans of mitigation activities/controls. This role was cross functional on all Company areas, and not only targeted to Claims.
