• Manage and develop top customers in the cruise ship industry, growing the company´s revenue and ensuring to strengthen the relationship between the different stakeholders• Monitor and analyze prices and margins of the product assortment in order to accomplish business goals of increasing sales and growing profit margin • Day to day close communication with customers, building relationship and maintenance of key account contacts

• Support Global Category Director in regular international supplier contact and management• Prepare international negotiations and top to top meetings with suppliers• Follow up with key suppliers and Metro cash and carry countries on implementation of global agreements• Prepare quarterly forecasts• Facilitate best practice exchange between Metro countries and corporate center• Support on a day to day basis countries in category- and procurement management related questions• Prepare process of and assist in international Procurement Category Teams using all country input and –strategies• Develop and communicate guidelines for strategy and concept implementation in Metro countries• Follow up on market developments, trends and competition
