Project Administrator And Facility Management
Current-Basic Engineering on compressed air, cold and hot water, steam, electricity, gas, fire system, water purification plant, residual water treatment plant.-Elaboration of Lay-out to design services and production lines taking in consideration production and maintenance necessities.-Search different contractors to realize the detail engineering at least three options per project. -Generate purchase orders of the projects. -Revision and Processing of quotes and invoices.-Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers.-Materials purchasing and elaborate Inventory for site service lines. -Supervise contractor’s scopes until the handover of the project.-Machinery and spare parts import from Italy, Germany, China, etc.-KPIS Energy efficiency Weekly (water to process and services, electric energy to process areas and services, non-hazardous waste). -Organize production lines movement from the old facility to the new facility related with delivery time, costs and scope. -Coordinate lay out movements for machinery between sites, adapting services in the new location. -Lead the Machinery delivery and Ramp-up with areas involved. -Teamwork with different areas for new projects. -Communicate to senior management on matters that require escalation.Facility Management-Supervising multi-disciplinary team including cleaning, maintenance and security staff of the new facility to ensure a high level of performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines. -Housekeeping planning: coordinate cleaning activities of the personnel to have a good presentation of the facilities, cleaning materials requisition, offices and factory weekly work plan.-Building maintenance planning: some scopes in factory are metal roofing, process sewer system, fire system, doors, windows, wall of concrete, drywall, paint, outside areas, etc.-Security planning Make sure that the personnel, clients and contractors, follow the intern security lines for the activities inside the factory
