As a Factory Manager at Tudor Stonework, I oversee the engineering and production of high-quality stone products for various projects. I have few years of experience in this role. I have a strong background in CNC and CAD, having worked as a CNC Machine Programmer/Setter/Operator for 3 years and with a bridge saw for 8 years. I am proficient in engineering drawings, 2D CAD drawing, and CNC operation, and I use these skills to optimize the efficiency, quality, and safety of the factory processes. I am passionate about delivering excellent results to our clients, and I work closely with the sales, design, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. I am also committed to developing and empowering my staff, and I provide them with training, feedback, and support. I enjoy working in the stone industry, as it allows me to combine my technical and creative abilities, and to contribute to the aesthetic and functional value of buildings and spaces.I am also in charge of purchasing and dealing with purchase of tools, all stone products and consumables for our factory and for all our teams on site, always trying to get the best quality/efficiency with the best price available.I am a important key with logistics of our company, from receiving slabs deliveries from our suppliers to sending jobs ready a to our sites organising most of our drivers loads.I work with all types of stone but my passion is natural stone.
