Responsible for establishing EchoPixel’s technology leadership position. Built and led a team of 7 responsible for design, development, regulatory approval and launch of the platform and subsequent product roadmap including: • Executed 3 product launches which included the first AR/VR FDA 510K clearance of the technology platform. • Established technology roadmap, software architecture design and key technology partnerships (Boston Scientific, Edwards Lifesciences, GE, Siemens, HP, Barco).• Supported VOC including product design tradeoffs, managed and mitigated technology risks. • Software engineering management, project tracking/scheduling; document management, V&V and unit testing, issue tracking, configuration management, integration and release testing. • Implemented a luminary site program for early adopters (KOLs) of the product including UCSF, Stanford & CCF.• Supported regulatory affairs team during 510K 3rd party review and FDA clearance.• Supported and coached team, development training and certifications for high potential leaders. • Raised and managed non-dilutive investment from large corporation of over $1M for technology development.• Raised $6.1M Series Seed financing.

Was responsible of forging a partnership with a group of Stanford MBA graduates and incorporating them as partners of the business as with Monterrey Tech and the government of Nuevo Leon. Was elected CEO of the company. • Defined the business vision and represented the company before investors rising over $500,000.00 USD in research grants from CONACYT (NSF of Mexico) and private investors. • Initiated sales in the U.S. and established a market beach head through IC2 technology commercialization program and INVITE program from the state government of Nuevo Leon.• Developed stereoscopic 3D camera system for stereoscopic 3D video capture for professional video production. • Developed script code for CAD software (3DMax, Maya and others) stereoscopic rendering. • Developed Active stereoscopic 3D DLP projector display system.
