- Conduct due diligence investigations for AML Monitoring Teams;- Reviewing and assessing alerts for money laundering risk through BNPP's transaction monitoring system;- Escalating suspicious alerts for further review and investigation;- Maintaining an appropriate audit trail and documentation in all instances, to evidence/support the review and resolution of each payment alert;

- Process payments under its responsibility according to management guidelines & procedures;- Handle payments stopped for banking & technical reasons;- Chase up for reply from the Client Management of the concerned affiliated site;- Detect and correct errors (first level of control);

- Registration of the proposals submitted by the Commercial Department and by the Partners (suppliers);- Pre-check of the several elements and documentation related to the proposed deal;- Answer to the partners and commercial department requests in terms of simulations of deals, via phone and mail, using the several tools available;- Coordinate the communication between the Risk Department and the Commercial Department;- Carry out the issuance, validation and activation of all type of contracts and products;

- Issuance, validation and activation of all type of contracts (leasing, renting, loan, assignment and cession);- Carry out all the changes related to the contract, during the lifetime of the deal or at the end of the contract (prolongation, cancellation, cession);- Provide the support (by phone, mail or in person) to the dealers and commercials in the follow up of the contracts;

- Management and authorization of the payment orders received and requested, from and for Portugal and abroad;- Management of documentary collections;- Responsible for the communication and explanation to the Bank of Portugal of the statistics related to the operations performed in several departments;- Management of the accounts “Nostro" and “Vostro";
