I am a senior Telecommunication Engineer with +15 year experience as a software developer and software project manager. I am mostly proficient in C++ and I also have experience in other languages such as Java, Python, Javascript, C, matlab and Bash, both in Windows and Linux. I love learning new technologies and I believe in Agile methodologies for software project management (Scrum), in CI/CD, and in code documentation.In my day to day I use extensively development tools, code management and Agile project management tools, such as Cmake, Git, Jira or Phabricator among others.I have worked in both backend and frontend solutions. I am an expert in design patterns, numerical algorithms for solving physics simulation, multi-threading/multi-process parallelization, and in the creation of architectures with model-view-controller philosophy and similar. In addition, I am proficient with the Qt library in C++.I have lived both the experience of launching a start-up and being part of its growth and success, as well as being part of a large multinational company, where coordination between the different groups and departments, as well as integration in a broad product portfolio, are fundamental.With regard to my scientific career, I have a PhD in Engineering, dealing with high power breakdown in satellite systems. I have several publications in international scientific journals and international conferences. I have also participated in the elaboration of the new version of the European standard (ECSS) for Multipactor design and test.Apart from that, I have been involved in different international R&D projects in the Aerospace sector, as R&D Engineer and/or Project Manager. Those are mainly scientific research projects for the study of high power RF circuits for satellite applications, and are integrated by private companies and academic institutions of different nationalities.As Project Manager and Quality director at Aurorasat I have obtained expertise in agile software development and ISO 15504 quality standards.And, In parallel, thanks to my degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) of IE business school, I obtained extensive management background in Marketing, Financial, Operations, and Strategic consultancy.
