CurrentDetailed Activities· Specified, analyzed and defined new processes and/or projects in partnership with other departments (Industrial Engineering, R&D, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, IT and Systems). Established KPIs and dashboards for quality, cost and schedule continuous monitoring.· Coded scripts for information gathering (data ETL), data-driven decision making (including Exploratory Data Analysis - EDA) and RPA for existing processes as well as data engineering for new ones. Those routines supported general management, quality monitoring tasks and other departments routine tasks. Also, enabled teams to apply new processes through rapid prototyping, allowing fast adjustments and a fast evolution (using MVP concepts) resulting in the specification of a more precise (debugged and functional) final solution to be implemented in the ERP system.· Worked in partnership with Industrial Eng. and Production teams in a high complexity electronic manufacturing plant involving SMT, PTH, manual assembly and Press-fit processes, functional testing, quality inspections and customer customizations.· Conducted and participated in critical analysis meetings for business process and for product development stage gates.· Conducted audits at suppliers facilities, identifying critical processes, risks and proposing enhancement opportunities.· Prepared and participated in external audits by international (world class) customers.· Prepared and participated in internal and external audits for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certification process· Conducted and compiled the results of the company's Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.· Was responsible for managing and treating action plans of customer feedbacks and writing technical reports.· Created and revised documentation for internal procedures, reports, standard operational procedures (SOPs) and specifications. · Created and conducted processes trainings to teams.· Managed the Quality Area's team.
