It has always been my belief that good business only comes to fruition when all the stakeholders win. That we must always go further for the clients: not only satisfying their pretensions, but exceeding their expectations. Add value to all stakeholders and develop long-term partnerships.It is with these premises that I develop my work.My first steps in the job market began more than 23 years ago, when I was still studying, young and with a thirst for independence, I started working part-time in the retail and hospitality sector.And from there I realized that my professional future would go through functions that were strongly focused on the relationship and empathy that I easily developed with people. The arrival in the world of sales and marketing was a natural evolution.Sixteen years ago, I aligned my passion for gadgets and technology with the commercial vocation, and I started with the great distribution in IT. The results generated gave rise to professional development opportunities as Senior Account Manager.It was natural that I was invited to use my know-how in the area to develop a consumable distribution business from its base, implementing inventory management systems, picking systems, automatic vendor orders, B2B marketing and B2B e-commerce assuming the position of Head of Sales and Marketing.It is in this role that I am currently developing the "Farmácias de Serviço.net" project from Group "1000 Empresas", maximizing and developing their business model.In most of the companies I collaborated with, my action generated impacts on business growth above 100%.What inspires me?To use my negotiating skills and empathy, coupled with a broad and strategic business vision to add value to key customers, aligning the goals and needs of all stakeholders.Areas of interest:NegotiationKey Account ManagementBusiness DevelopmentMarketing
