Sergio de Benito is a Mechanical Engineer, since 2009 he has been working in renewable sector, specifically in Energy Service Companies.Throughout his career he has made several positions related with renewable energy, and more specificaclly with biomass for thermal generation.Sergio started studying the technical/economic viability of the projects and making offers to subsequently monitor these tasks.Currently he is responsible of the maintenance management of all thermal installations, and responsible for the management of teams in several regions of Spain.His education and training began wiht a BSc Mechanical Engineering by University of Valladolid and Master´s Degree of Management in Renewable Energy Projects by Training School in Renewable Energies of Castilla y Leon.Sergio is a hard worker and very responsible, with a strong involvement in his work and a good ability to work in teams, he is a motivator and open-minded observer which has helped him to develop his communication skills and for this reason he had been very successful in his team works.Finally he know the important to continue growing not only professionally also in his personal life. he is a travel lover, I like learning new cultures, ways of life and points of view.Hobbies: Trekking, hiking and climb.
