The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is a multilateral development bank and the largest source of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean. As a program development and implementation consultant, my main responsibilities lie in providing specialized technical support to IDB's "Innovation in Citizen Services Division" (ICS) in the structuring and management of some of the division's flagship projects associated with its financial (credit lines, grants, and loans) and non-financial (technical assistance, technical advice, and knowledge generation) programs. More specifically, I am mostly focused on knowledge-based and evidence-informed innovation projects targeted at promoting results-oriented models of public governance and management.
