Responsible of planning the co-packed volumes for the French Business Unit (Monster and Capri-Sun brands, contingency productions, externalized portfolios).• Built the 13 week production rolling forecast for our suppliers/partners, to reach objective days of stock based on demand inputs.• Worked closely using a collaborative mindset with the internal client in the business unit (Short Term Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Commercial, Commercialization, Finance) seamlessly integrating Co-packing in their routines resulting in a 3% improvement of service level. • Created or improved existing routines with our suppliers to strengthen the collaboration and reached +95% service level.• Led the planning side of Capri-Sun phase-out for France ensuring 0% impact to the service level for CCEP’s clients and reaching working capital targets of the project.• Supported the business in an entire portfolio SKU code switch without 100% service level throughout the process ensuring none a retailer was affected.• Prepared the 2024 ABP to maximize internal assets and respected co-packing agreements together with the Business Unit and Procurement.• Assigned by the Co-pack Senior Manager, based on best practices from my previous experience, to build next year’s portfolio distribution for the team and achieved workload optimization (-4%), improved ways of working and ensured seamless relationship with the business partners.
