- I am a member of the Agile Portfolio Management team of PPED (Priority Program for Digital Economy) and the Projects Execution team, where we work to format and structure the projects of the program that will be executed by the Institute. This involves strategy, prioritization, preparation of project proposals (project plan with scope, schedule, budget) and technical reports;- I am also a member of Agile PMO to define and disseminate metrics and best practices for the entire organization, helping it on the road to agile transformation in scale. I've also have trained some of the INDT product owners on agile product development, promoting workshops and demonstrating successful project cases and good agile practices. I've also created project plans and reports following the Suframa alignment;- I've implemented an alternative way to the portfolio management and project execution where INDT could form "Squads", long-lived stable teams, and the development of the proposals would involve all the team, from the prospection until execution end. The Product Owner would lead the initiative and bring proposals related to the team's competencies.
