- Draft, negotiate and review contracts for the Payments Business Vicepresidency, through business operations relevant to payments services (credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, electronic wallets) and acquiring services as well as relevant strategic partnerships.- Legal advice for the Payments Business Vicepresidency in their relationship and negotiation with AMEX, MasterCard and Visa licensees, including compliance with rules, manuals and contracts relevant to card issuance and acquiring.- Proactively analyze and propose regulatory changes to allow for the development of the strategic payments business.
