I've entered Plasdan as part of a challenge posed by the chairman of including "new blood" aerospace engineers in a mould and plastic company with the aim of becoming an aerospace parts supplier. The challenge was to gather enough company knowledge and implement a factory to supply aerospace customers in Brazil. When I arrived, there was all to be done and an experienced, eager implement local team. From ground zero to supplying the first parts to an OEM it took less than one year. From Plant construction , machine and equipment sourcing, Tech HR hiring and team definition, processes definition and setup, Quality Management Systems definition and implementation to technology transfer and supplier certification with a major aerospace OEM. All was done.
