Current• As Account Manager (Sales Department):- Managing programs and accounts for large clients mainly in the Public Sector, serving as the primary point of contact. Building and strengthening Client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and establishing a trusted advisor role with key accounts, Client stakeholders, and executive sponsors.- Overseeing sales management activities for international clients. Leading bid and proposal management: defining budgets and technical specifications for tenders, and identifying optimal technical solutions that align with budget limitations and business priorities.- Working with other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met. - Collaborating with the Board to define and manage the Business Unit budget, service portfolio, and strategic plan.- Developing a thorough understanding of products and services offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.• As Information Security Management System Manager:- Implementing and keeping up to date the processes required for the Information Security Management System and the related documentation system.- Ensuring that annual Internal Audits are conducted in accordance with the plans and within the established timeframes. Ensuring that annual quality planning is adequately implemented.- Verifying the Risk Assessment Document with their updates and manage the improvement activities referred to therein.- Reporting to Management on the performance of the Information Security Management System and on any need for improvement.- Promoting awareness of the Customer and Parties' requirements throughout the organization and ensure full compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
