Through different research activities, concept design and testing, we shed a light on key insights and priority concepts for the client to continue their internal exploration and refinement.• Transport Canada's Office of Regulatory Innovation sought to increase the agility of its regulatory process. By working as facilitator and coach, we worked closely with the city to design and develop a Collaborative Governance Framework which is now being used in the division and beyond.• Through a two-year project sponsored by the government of Ontario, we worked with the cities of Guelph, London, and Barrie to collaboratively design an Innovation Procurement framework and a toolkit that has been made publicly available to all municipalities.• Provided key research and analysis for the City of Toronto’s Automated Transit Cluster Economic Development Strategy.
