My career was built on high technology, developing and managing solutions in such fields as Electrical Power Systems, Defense Systems, Air Traffic Control and Mobile applications.I have a strong and successful international experience, having lived around 15 years in the USA. Operated inside of small, medium and large corporations. Performed technical and customer support, managed projects. Numerous trips to China, France, Brazil and the Netherlands, with direct customer contact, have provided me with the experience and confidence to deal with a multicultural and multinational environment.Headed a software department composed of seventy professionals and numerous projects, feel very comfortable leading big teams. The experience acquired over the years allows me to successfully manage and lead customers, subordinates, co-workers and high level management towards the established goals.My top 5 Clifton Strengths are:1 - Woo2 - Positivity3 - Communication4 - Individualization5 - AchieverI am also open to discuss the benefits of my studies in Improv Acting in personal and professional life.
