Excellent project management, problem-solving skills and leadership skills.I've developed international skill and experience of management of SAP international project, as SAP leader, PM and Tech and Functional Reference too.I’m frequently involved in Business and IT Meeting and seminar as auditor or speaker to develop my skill as IT reference in a multinational environment.I'm focused into the BI and CPM project and tool to try to spread the culture of the business control through the process KPI.Since June 2012 I am Italian NordEst reference of AUSED (The Association of Italian’s CIOs) I’m working, in my spare time, with others few MBA manager trying to use the Venture Knowledge as leverage to spread management skill and culture trough Italian PMI. It help us to approach different business model, issue and solution that we can take back as “lesson learned” to our daily job.
