Key responsibilities:o Fully accountable for the F&B operation reporting directly to the Company´s CCO and CEOo Member of the Board Committeeo Leading a team of four direct reports, responsible for overseeing the F&B operation in 30 attractions spread over ten different countrieso Responsible for designing and delivering the Company´s F&B strategy o Fully responsible for designing and delivering the F&B strategy for new Indoor Entertainment Centers located in key shopping centers around Europeo Main liaison for all F&B Franchises and responsible for all contract negotiations and managemento Pivotal in securing and delivering an effective sponsorship and supplier strategy

Responsibilities:o Analysis and control of operating accounts, proposing corrective measures (16 centers with more than 200 points of sale that include all kinds of product and delivery methods)o Responsible for defining the assortment of sale, inventory control and management provision and rotating the same as neededo Responsible for purchasing and negotiating with suppliers and partners (main brands)o Responsible for HACCPo Definition of policies, strategies, customer service protocols and control of the correct implementation and evolution of ito Managing the 16 centers´ F&B directors o Management plan for training new employees, responsible of career plan of “fixed continuous employees” and the learning curve of “discontinuous fixed employees”.
