I am an Event and Accounting officer with more than 20 years' experience in coordinating professional education and language courses, endorsed by local and international grants. I've got a Bachelor Degree in International Political Sciences, a Specialisation in Web Master and Transmission Protocols, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and more than 1000 hours teaching's experience in IT courses.My roles required: analysing customer's needs, finding local and international grants to finance the courses we realized, establishing and maintaining good relationships with the stakeholders (government agencies, trade unions, auditors), and preparing the final financial audit. In my career, I awarded more than 20 national grants for life-long learning projects to provide more than 1000 hours of lesson to >300 employees. In Australia, I worked as an SEO and Product Manager in a travel agency as well as a Travel Consultant at Sydney Airport and founded 'Privilege Tours and Transfers', organising day tours around Sydney.After co-founding 'Bridging Advisors', a small company specialised in providing support, consultancy, migration and education services to the Italian community, both in Australia and in Italy, I moved to Canberra, where I worked as an Assistant Regional Manager for ScopeIT Education, organising learning activities like coding, robotics, programming, web design, electronics and digital safety.During my recent studies in Australia in Accounting, I received an Endeavour grant from the Australian government as a Canberra Institute of Technology's exchange student to study Accounting at Mahidol University International College (MUIC) in Bangkok and Institute of Technical Education (ITE) in Singapore in July 2019.Currently, I work as an Event and Accounting Officer at the Italian Cultural Institute of Melbourne, the Cultural Office of the Consulate General of Italy.My skills include:• Extensive experience in project development, management and evaluation• Keen attention to detail with accuracy in figures• Strong experience in managing financial records and reports• Proven ability in working in teams or autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously • Strong ability in learning quickly and applying new skills If you are looking for a motivated manager with a unique combination of technical and personal skills, you can reach me at gltsrg{[AT]}gmail.com
