Quality Control Technician
CurrentTechnician in charge of the testing, quality and inspecting batteries through all of the manufacturing process.• Planning, supervising and managing the production of sample batteries for clients throughout all stages of production• Testing finished batteries for life cycles, CCA, hot and cold environment performance, capacity tests etc. (JIS D 5302)• Updating, maintaining documentation and records of quality tests, inspections, and operating procedures.• Making root cause analysis of defective products and participating in multidisciplinary teams to resolve the issue.• Preparing and participating in audits and client visits.• Analyzing data from quality tests to identify trends or potential issues.• Inspections of batteries in production line.
