I. Generic Functions:Ensure the integrity of digital information and hardware within the company.II. Specific Functions:Coordinate the proper functioning of the Voice and Data communication network within the Plant (LAN, Wi-Fi, and WLAN), as well as the configuration and maintenance of telephony equipment (phones, switchboards, etc.) and data equipment (computers, printers, time clocks, etc.).Coordinate the proper functioning of computer equipment in all areas, providing guidance and support to users in the use of computer tools (computers, scanners, barcode printers, etc.).Coordinate the analysis of new systems or tools and provide support in the design of new procedures and/or processes for existing systems and/or the design of new systems.Manage the use of communication programs (email, internet, video conferencing, etc.).Promote the proper use and storage of information, as well as the closed-circuit security system, tools, and computer equipment to ensure their optimal functioning.Control printer consumables (toners) for all departments.Communicate with vendors for warranty control, equipment maintenance, and purchase of accessories/consumables.Coordinate and provide primary support for reporting-related software.Administration and control of software licenses.Ensure compliance with guidelines regarding the use of equipment and licenses according to policies.Conduct quarterly audits of access to all corporate applications (ERPs).Control computer equipment (inventory).Provide support in the configuration and proper functioning of corporate systems.Develop and execute the annual budget for the systems department and related equipment from other departments.Maintenance of the network infrastructure and communication within the plant.Additionally, other functions may arise naturally from the process and development within the area.
