I also completed the rebrand and repositioning of the Ace Shoreditch into One Hundred Shoreditch, achieving solid results and community engagement in one of London’s most competitive and vibrant scenes. Additionally, I headed up the strategic direction and tactical management of the group’s global sales team that delivered our brands to markets and clients across the world.My core competencies include value creation, owner relations, risk management, entrepreneurship, operational efficiencies, servant leadership, blue ocean thinking, strategy and planning, coaching and mentoring, crisis situations, D&I, and residential and real estate hospitality synergies. I have a Masters Degree in International Hotel Management, and I have been a Lecturer of Revenue Management, a Member of the Le Meridien Global GM Advisory Board, a Board Director for London Southbank BID, and an Author of a research paper on hotel performance measurement.
