Within my role as Project Manager of the Architecture Committee, I lead the coordination of high-level tasks on a daily basis. My main responsibility is to ensure that all development teams meet the standards established by the committee, through interaction with the PMs of each team and/or architects. I was a 9th semester teacher where I taught students to understand the stages of the software development cycle (SDLC), however apart from the theory I prepared them with a practical method where they created their own projects going through all the stages, taking into account from the first meeting of the interested party, recognition of requirements, negotiation, planning and communication, until the presentation delivery, we also simulate communications with CEO, both technical and interested parties focused on less technical characteristics, in this way the students will experience through my experience what it is to deal with not only with the different stages of the software, but also with what the books don't teach you, such as negotiating, presenting, dealing with management and clients, all organized in sprints to be able to complete the requirements and iterate using agile methodologies.
