With my knowledge of Marketing Management I collect and analyze data to get information and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Marketing decisions. The aim of this work is to adapt the value proposal and Marketing actions to our clients, and to increase the return of investment. To make right decisions and control the Key Performance Indicators, I collect data from different Data Bases (Business Intelligence, Qlickview, other sources) and I analyse it comparing with the results of similar actions, with historical results, etc. Furthermore, I have created and updated dashboards to show the Key Performance Indicators and the results. I have done Benchmarking to figure out the Marketing Strategy of our competitors and the impact that their actions have in our business. With this information and a situation analysis, I have done an Email Marketing Plan. I have experience in other Marketing functions as Email Marketing, Data Bases maintenance, project management, answer reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, Booking) and collaboration in Trade Marketing Plan. As professional I am resilient, I learn from each experience and I turn mistakes into opportunities to develop my career. Also, I am empathetic, I listen and understand our clients and team work. I have developed analytical skills to detect mistakes and new opportunities. And I well organized, I arrange my tasks and I fit to the deadlines.
