Worked for the Olive Garden Concept at various locations including Warwick RI, Stoughton MA, and Boston, MA. At the Olive Garden I started as a server, bartender, and line cook for the first year transitioning to the management program and holding positions as sales, front of house and Culinary manager throughout my time with Darden.

Worked as a Line cook & Prep cook for the various kitchens in including the banquet kitchen and players kitchen located at Gillette Stadium. Our team provided food for the private club house boxes, private banquet functions, club house concession stands, and players kitchen.
