My experiences go from working directly in the field to participating in the world's largest agribusiness trade events. A lifetime dedicated to it, millions of things learned and thousands of things more to learn yet. I started in the agribusiness world in 1987, in a company that allowed me to learn all the basics of this complex market and created the substances of my current capabilities. With them I was Chief of Staff, Chief of Distribution, Internal Auditor, they allowed me to be part of the team that created the first Cuban agricultural exporting company. To the people of FS a great thanks for all the teachings they gave me in good and bad ways. That was a tremendous team. I had the opportunity to create the first Cuban-Chinese joint venture in rice production and other products. To all the people of Taichi SA (wherever they are, THANK YOU). in the last 15 years I have created my own company in Mexico, producing and exporting to several markets, we created our distribution company in the USA. We have had victories and failures; from all of these we have drawn our own conclusions. In this long Mexican road, we have had the best friends, who have been coaches, support, family, all in good and bad times. Incredible and indispensable all of them. I do not mention them, but they know who they are.In the last 5 years I have been dabbling in food processing, ready meals, new technologies and techniques for processing foods, packaging, process standardization for ready to eat meals, distribution, branding, opening new markets, niche work.I am a passionate about new technologies and where it can take us in food production in next years. I have lots experiences to share and many more to learn, a constant student in this field, open mind. My main success has been my family. Proud of they and me. Water Polo, Tennis and Martial Art fan. And here we are, looking forward for the next 30 years or more.
